The Baca family began packaging and selling their foods in 1946 from their grocery store, and now sell over 150 products to restaurants, stores and individuals all over the U.S. The trademark and specialty of the house is green chile. You can get it in mild, medium or hot. Other products include flour and corn tortillas, salsa, posole and sopaipilla mix. Cookbooks and recipes are also available.
