This festival showcases children's documentaries, feature films, television and new media from around the world. A jury awards prizes in four categories: films for children, films for young people, Dutch television, and Dutch new media. Apart from the sheer entertainment factor, the festival also includes academic discussions and seminars on such topics as animation and screenwriting for children.
