The Nieuwmarkt and the Gelderse Kade are located on the border of the Red Light District, to be sure, but they offer a wide scope of decent and respectable activities. Among the many eating and drinking places, this brown cafe-restaurant 'Bern' distinguishes itself by its excellent kitchen and a free and easy atmosphere, where the right white whine is poured to accompany the superb speciality: Melted Cheese Dip the original Swiss way.
