When you are in a new city and want to blend in with the locals, it is important to find a mode of transportation that does not make you stick out like a sore thumb. Since Amsterdam is renowned for its bicycle-friendly atmosphere, Bike City offers tourists a reasonable rental service with several different options, from 1-speed to 7-speed bikes. This variety allows the customer to pick the best vehicle for each trip, whether it be around the city or in the countryside. Rates are reasonable, at around EUR 8.50-11.50 for one full day, and packages for longer rentals are available for those planning a more extensive trip. Best of all, there are no stickers or flags marking the bike as a rental, so you can feel right at home as you tour the city.
