Just a short stroll from Amsterdam's Dam Square sits champagne and wine bar Bubbles & Wines. A state of the art nitrogen storage system prevents oxygen from compromising the integrity of opened wines, thus allowing the place to offer over 50 wines by the glass. All are available as tasters, half-glasses, and full glasses. Custom-tailored tasting flights are featured, as well as a tempting menu of caviars, cheese assortments, and other small plates.
