A very old and queer place is the restaurant Eik en Linde. It's a typical Dutch 'brown' bar and its history dates back to 1858. It has photos and murals on the walls, which tell you various stories and take you back to the past. Food is quite nice and filling, and rest assured, it's easy on your pocket. The staff can be of help if you need them. When it's time to leave, try to look at your own watch as the clock behind can be very confusing, it runs backwards! Review © 2009, Wcities |
