'Heavenly Mud' is the literal translation of the name of this establishment, located near the Nieuwmarkt on one of Amsterdam's oldest canals. This is a modern restaurant with a bright and inviting interior. Of course, it is also pleasant (weather permitting) to enjoy your meal outside. The menu is very international—Dutch, French, Italian and Oriental cuisine are all represented (including a variety of vegetarian dishes). The atmosphere makes it a hassle-free place for a casual meal. Several prix fixe menus are available daily.
