It may sound like a hotel, but isn't one. The Hotel de Goudfazant is a spacious no frills restaurant set in an old industrial space. An enormous chandelier will catch your attention as soon as you enter the restaurant. Go ahead, and just as you are making yourself comfortable, the cheerful and ever helpful staff will take your order. They'll also advise you on the wines that would taste best with your choice of food from the 'honest cuisine'. Roasted chicken is highly recommended by the regulars to this place.
