When Anouska Hempel transformed an 18th century almshouse into a chic boutique hotel, she chose to retain the brick walls and iron ovens. A peep inside and the black and white interiors will render this restaurant contemporary. Feast on modern fusion cuisine—Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Sautéed Frogs' Legs and Morels, Pearl Barley Risotto with Basil and Sweet Pepper and much more. End your meal with the delightful Orange 'Panna Cotta' with Caramel and Pistachio Ice-cream. And of course, since all good things come with a high price, expect a heavy bill at the end of your meal.
