For a reasonable amount at lunch, take a bowl and fill it with any ingredients you want (from a large salad bar-style arrangement of meats and vegetables) and then hand it over to the chef for his performance. Watch as he sautes your items with special sauces and then throws them into the air and catches them back in the bowl. Choose the Chinese buffet for the same price, if you prefer; both include a salad bar. Dinner is similar, offering a larger bowl and additional ingredients.

This relaxed atmosphere appeals to the local, cultured diner seeking a quiet, romantic evening out. On Friday and Saturday evenings, a local acoustic guitarist skillfully wends his way through intricate melodies. Touting dishes of fresh seafood, fowl, meats and homemade pasta, the restaurant's menu includes a Cocciucco Italian Stew. A true garlic lover will delight in its white sauces, while a salmon fan will cherish the Tuscan Salmon. Don't see your favorite Italian dish? Chances are Chef Giorgio will make it for you. Save room for a sampling from its selection of 28 homemade desserts.

With a variety of entrees to please everyone, you don't have to be a sushi fan to enjoy eating here. Chicken Teriyaki and Beef Udon Noodles are two of the bland selections if you are not up for the Toro Sushi, belly tuna, Tobiku Sushi, flying fish roe or Shake Sushi, salmon. Seafood Tempura and other dinner entrees are served with a side of salad, as are lunch specials of entree, rice, soup and tea. Alcohol is served.
