Simple and crisp, this cafe is akin to traveling to Seattle - without leaving Alaska. Small, with 20 wooden tables and filled with plants and interesting artwork, this has become a regular meeting place for several organized groups in Anchorage. It is the only fully organic restaurant in town. Hearty Belgian waffles are served on Saturday mornings and power smoothies are available as well.
