Luckily, this former derelict building was recently refurbished and transformed into a lively brasserie with a formidable reputation among world culture enthusiasts. The interior of this former hydraulic electricity plant was refurbished by the renown Antwerp architect Bob Van Reeth who specializes in simplicity with style. The space is large and airy, with lots of light. The bar is at the far end and it also has a small theatre, which is the venue for a multitude of musical and theatre acts.
