Recently reopened after restoration from the devastating 2001 fire, this former city gala hall has been transformed into Antwerp’s most lavish mall. Stores are high end and commercial- but even the penny-wise shopper should take a peek. Every detail of structure has been restored to its original 1907 design, including gold-leaf stucco, impressive woodwork, and neoclassical sculpture.
