Flashy owner Benedict knows the appeal of French style, and puts it to good use at Cafe Alsace on the town square in Decatur. If you're serious about authentic French cuisine, this tiny bistro is a surefire bet. Excellent values abound, with most dinners running around USD15, but the liquor license has yet to be approved, so bring your own bottle of wine.
