All the tastes of old India are yours for the asking at this unpretentious little eatery. A diverse menu covers the full spectrum of favorites, and is noted for the unusually large lunch portions. Simple and efficient, the dining room is reminiscent of an old-time American diner in its stark simplicity. Although not exclusively vegetarian, a majority of the entrees are either meat-free or can be prepared that way. All dinners and lunches are served with pulao rice and a cup of hot mulligatawny soup.
