This unusual eatery blends the influences of three cultures to produce one fantastic menu. Not quite a Chinese bistro or Japanese steakhouse, Classic Gourmet is classic American in a melting pot sort of way. If the menu hasn't quite made up its mind, the decor leaves no doubt as to the Oriental leanings. Seafood, chicken, and steak selections are prepared in the customary Chinese, Japanese, and American fashions.
