Some dining establishments are popular for the food, some for entertainment, and some for the good company within. Well, Einstein's has hit all three of these targets since opening in 1992. Perhaps some of the restaurant's appeal comes from the large patio, its proximity to the theater district or the novelty of the Einstein theme. Pictures of Albert Einstein smile in amusement overhead while you eat. Try the quantum leaf, a dinner salad, and follow it with the Fudge Fusion for dessert. The Sunday brunch is legendary, featuring such local delights as eggs benedict with fried green tomatoes. A full bar service is available.
