This sophisticated Chinese establishment is the playground of wok master Chef Shan. The formal dining room plays host to a heavy business crowd for lunch, while the dinner hour draws plenty of local families and groups from the downtown hotels. Shan's specialty is a two course Peking Duck feast, which at $43 is a good representative sample of the Hong Kong and Szechwan flavors offered here.
