For low-key Mexican in a dark and funky atmosphere, try this well-hidden Midtown spot. Order at the bar in the back from a menu that features dozens of burrito varieties, with everything from standard black beans and chicken to seafood specialties and vegetarian rolls. The peculiar fusion-oriented Japanese burrito is an acquired taste, but a very popular one.
