Since 1970, visitors have packed this exotic dinner club to eat fondue, listen to jazz and have the opportunity to view live alligators. The club is divided into 13 staggered levels, designed to resemble an old sailing vessel. Fondues are served in many varieties, including mixed meat and cheese trays, vegetable platters and, of course, chocolate. The restaurant's 300 wines range from $16 to more than $800.

It offers two 'all-you-can-eat' menus; the first comprises of 18 cold and seven hot dishes, and the second is the 'Rodizio' or meat–selection menu. You can take your pick from a variety of meats (the beef comes particularly recommended), which are roasted on an open flame, seasoned to perfection, and carved at the table by the Gauchos serving you. The Brazilian chef tosses a mean salad to accompany your meal – everything is 100 percent authentic, and you will definitely be coming back for more!
