Rustic and welcoming, this out-of-the-way charmer makes comfort and warmth a priority. The lodge-like dining room is decorated with reminders of the outdoor life and bygone days. Look out at the rolling foothills as the mountains begin to rise north of Atlanta. Call-ahead seating is suggested, but no reservations. The menu features American classics done with country care.
