Toulouse's dining room is crisp and sunny, with floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed-brick walls and a soaring ceiling, while the open kitchen's wood-burning grill heats up the overall ambiance. The atmosphere is decidedly French, and while you may detect a few Cordon Bleu touches, the restaurant is noted for its sophisticated American cooking. Specialties include Braised Lamb Shank with Sweet Pepper and Olive Sauce, and Roasted Chicken over Arugula Salad.
