This sushi spot is gaining in popularity, just about as fast as sushi is becoming an American standard. Umezono is an unassuming, intimate Japanese restaurant with seating for a mere 40 patrons. The best spot in the house is at the sushi bar, where guests watch the chef roll out pretty pickings. Beer and wine is available, and there is smoking in designated areas.
