The ornate, mirror-laden dining room at the Waverly is a cut above what you find in most hotel restaurants. Dark wooden walls bathed in low light set the stage for a rather refined dining experience. The menu is perhaps best described as American classic with regional touches.Dinner is a memorable experience, and the wine list is imaginative.
