A former local DJ known as Youngblood created this interesting eatery years ago, and his cooking career has been as successful as his radio life. Youngblood still serves up some of the best Southern soul food in town in a funky 50s atmosphere. A terrific chef in his own right, Youngblood often takes over the kitchen to oversee the creation of his signature fried chicken.
