There are prints, paintings, framed art, posters, ties, tea-towels, sextants which really work, replica nautical memorabilia, key rings and hats. There is a large variety of model ships, from tiny ones in little bottles to over a metre in length--all are intricate in detail. Review © 2007, Wcities |

78 Clonbern Road Remuera Auckland New Zealand +64 (0)9 524 0737 http://www.courteneyswoodshop.... |
Coutenay's make a colorful and attractive range of wooden toys and children's furniture. Tables and chairs, toy boxes, rocking horses, trolleys, bookcases, easels, and desks are all beautifully made. They pay attention to detail and to safety - for example their toybox features a gap between the lid and the top in consideration of small fingers, and they use rubber non-scratch wheels on the trolleys. Solid and hardy, these products will stand the test of time, and keep their good looks for years to come. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Major fashion and food hall |
Corner of Lake Road & Anzac Street Takapuna Auckland 1309 New Zealand |
Shore City Galleria is a spacious and popular shopping centre in Takapuna, the largest retail centre on the Shore. It is identified as a principal centre for fashion clothing with many well known labels available. There are of course plenty of other shops here too such as shoes, pharmacy, homewares, hardware, music, gifts, and a Farmers department store attached. What is not inside the Galleria will doubtless be outside nearby in the street. The new food court on the lower floor is attractively laid out and offers a great range of food types for substantial and inexpensive meals and snacks, or just coffee. A large carpark beside the Galleria has direct enclosed access into the shopping center. Review © 2007, Wcities |
