This bistro, located in the Hyatt Regency Baltimore, is the perfect venue to enjoy your drinks, munch on pub-grub, and chat up friends. Another attraction is the range of televisions, including special plasma screens that make watching a football match an experience to remember. The bistro is also a hotspot where breakfast buffets and Sunday brunches are concerned. So let your mood decide and plan a visit to Bistro 300!

Cafe Manet

Eclectic and affordable meals
1020 South Charels Street
Baltimore, MD 21230
United States
+1 410 837 7006
The menu at this tiny bistro in Federal Hill reads like an experienced world traveler's list of favorite recipes. There's Lobster Paella from Spain, for instance, and Empandas, which are meat pies traditional in South America. There're also Italian and Hungarian specialties. And all are moderately priced, as are the selections from the wine list. The plain décor may not match the energy of the menu, but the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, which makes this a great choice for a casual lunch or dinner.

Mondo Bondo

Italian treat!
34 Market Place
Baltimore, MD 21202
United States
+1 410 244 8080
After taking a walk at the Inner Harbor, head towards the hard to miss joint, Mondo Bondo. It is housed in a century-old building, called the Power Plant. The same structure also houses the likes of Hard Rock Cafe and Barnes & Noble. Mondo Bondo is a colorful eatery serving Italian bistro fare. Feast on the delicious Pastrami Reuben. Making a choice becomes easier, as they also have daily specials. For instance, Thursday nights are also known as Pasta Nights. There's no bar as such, but the neat dining room suffices for the hungry. What's more, the prices are quite reasonable. So gorge to your heart's content.

Mount Vernon Stable and Saloon

Good bar with great ribs
909 North Charles Street
Baltimore, MD 21201
United States
+1 410 685 7427
Ask "Who has the best ribs in town?" and the locals are likely to reply: Mount Vernon Stable. There really is something special about the ribs here; indeed, about all the barbecue dishes. The sauce is tangy, smokey, thick and just about perfect. The décor deserves a mention, too. Where else can you find a stuffed boar's head, grinning gargoyles and a real live (and presumably empty) sarcophagus?

Petit Louis Bistro

Very elegant French bistro
4800 Roland Avenue
Baltimore, MD 21210
United States
+1 410 366 9393
The Northwest Baltimore neighborhood of Roland Park is one of the city's prettiest. Full of beautiful old homes and ancient oaks, it's the perfect setting for this French-style bistro. The fare is simple, with piquant sauces and perfectly prepared meats. From the Mussels Provencale to the Grilled Lamb Brochette, you just can't go wrong. Plus, there are more than 100 excellent, and very affordable, wines available. You'll definitely want to linger: the hardwood floors, dark paneling, brass fixtures and elegant table settings provide a wonderful atmosphere.

Pierpoint

Very creative seafood dishes
1822 Aliceanna Street
Baltimore, MD 21231
United States
+1 410 675 2080
http://www.pierpointrestaurant...
This little bistro doesn't have a great deal in common with most of its rowdier Fells Point neighbors. Rather than cater to the hard-partying college crowd or the boho revelers, owner Nancy Longo caters to the food lovers who flock to her cheerful yellow dining room to sample creative versions of traditional Maryland dishes. Her work with seafood (oysters, rockfish, crabmeat) is sublime, and it is epitomized by her smoked crab cakes. She also makes a mean Smoked Duck Quesadilla, and a terrific Eastern Shore Rabbit Sausage.

Timothy Dean Bistro

Fusion fiesta
1717 Eastern Avenue
Baltimore, MD 21231
United States
+1 410 534 5650
http://www.tdbistro.com/about....
Famous Chef Timothy Dean opened this unpretentious yet elegant restaurant as a realization of his dream. Soft lighting and great background music make every dinner an intimate one at this dreamy bistro. Using the freshest of local ingredients, Dean has created a delicious French-American fusion menu. Divine dishes like the Butter Poached Maine Lobster (with macaroni and cheese, essence of black truffle) and the Duck Confit (with pomme frites, arugula and parmesan salad), fight for your palate's attention. Choose the perfect accompaniment from the huge selection of drinks available. End the meal with a to-die-for dessert like the Chocolate Molten Cake with Deep Chocolate Ice Cream. Mmmmm!
