This bistro, located in the Hyatt Regency Baltimore, is the perfect venue to enjoy your drinks, munch on pub-grub, and chat up friends. Another attraction is the range of televisions, including special plasma screens that make watching a football match an experience to remember. The bistro is also a hotspot where breakfast buffets and Sunday brunches are concerned. So let your mood decide and plan a visit to Bistro 300! Review © 2007, Wcities |

Eclectic and affordable meals |
1020 South Charels Street Baltimore, MD 21230 United States +1 410 837 7006 |
The menu at this tiny bistro in Federal Hill reads like an experienced world traveler's list of favorite recipes. There's Lobster Paella from Spain, for instance, and Empandas, which are meat pies traditional in South America. There're also Italian and Hungarian specialties. And all are moderately priced, as are the selections from the wine list. The plain décor may not match the energy of the menu, but the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, which makes this a great choice for a casual lunch or dinner. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Italian treat! |
34 Market Place Baltimore, MD 21202 United States +1 410 244 8080 |
After taking a walk at the Inner Harbor, head towards the hard to miss joint, Mondo Bondo. It is housed in a century-old building, called the Power Plant. The same structure also houses the likes of Hard Rock Cafe and Barnes & Noble. Mondo Bondo is a colorful eatery serving Italian bistro fare. Feast on the delicious Pastrami Reuben. Making a choice becomes easier, as they also have daily specials. For instance, Thursday nights are also known as Pasta Nights. There's no bar as such, but the neat dining room suffices for the hungry. What's more, the prices are quite reasonable. So gorge to your heart's content. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Good bar with great ribs |
909 North Charles Street Baltimore, MD 21201 United States +1 410 685 7427 |
Ask "Who has the best ribs in town?" and the locals are likely to reply: Mount Vernon Stable. There really is something special about the ribs here; indeed, about all the barbecue dishes. The sauce is tangy, smokey, thick and just about perfect. The décor deserves a mention, too. Where else can you find a stuffed boar's head, grinning gargoyles and a real live (and presumably empty) sarcophagus? Review © 2007, Wcities |
