Add to the décor live musicians playing beautiful melodies on violin and piano, and you have an atmosphere guaranteed to lower your heart rate and raise your spirits. The traditional Russian foods like Borscht and Blinis are as perfectly done and lovely as their surroundings, as are the freshly made desserts. There's nothing here that sings "Baltimore," but it sings nonetheless.
