This small restaurant, in the heart of the historic waterfront neighborhood of Canton, features display cases filled with a beautiful assortment of Danish, donuts, cakes, pies, pastries and other goodies. Most customers order a sweet treat to go, but some choose to sit at the long lunch counter. Here you can relax with the day's newspaper and a hot cup of coffee or a fresh-made salad, soup or sandwich. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Housed in the renovated American Can Co., the Chesapeake Wine Co. offers tastings every Tuesday beginning at 6:30pm. Each tasting features about eight wines that share a common theme, accompanied by bread and cheese. On occasion, a local restaurant will offer food. After the tasting, you can buy the wines that were featured at discounted prices. Chesapeake also offers the chance to learn about your favorite wine. During each class, students taste six to eight wines and hear about their history. Reservations are required. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Gourmet grocery store and deli |
3700 Gough Street Baltimore, MD 21224 United States +1 410 276 6787 http://www.dipasquales.com/ |
Although you'll find a small seating area, Di Pasquale is not truly a restaurant. At heart, it's a gourmet grocery store and deli that specializes in Italian fare. Tempt your tastebuds with a slice of Vegetarian Lasagna or the Stuffed Shells. For an extra treat, consider buying a bottle of red wine. A long wine list and wide selection of specialty liquors are offered here. Prices at this Highlandtown favorite are reasonable, ranging from $6.95 to $8.50 for an entree. Review © 2007, Wcities |
