Transformed for the 1992 Olympic Games by arquitect Ricardo Bofill, Barcelona Airport is now a modern, spacious and luminous 21st-century international airport. It's located just 12 kilometres south of Barcelona's city centre. There is a public car park in front of the terminal buildings with 8140 parking spaces. A moving walk away connects the three terminal buildings. And there are restaurants and bars in all terminals.
