This ice cream shop is hidden in a corner of Plaça Sant Jaume, next to the Generalitat (city hall). Their specialty is Spanish "chocolate con churros"—thick hot chocolate with fritters to dip in. From the inside of this joint, you can admire the renowned square, a key spot for important civic and popular events. Avoid coming here when the Barça football team wins a championship, since the streets are crowded with supporters gathering to see their idols.
