Founded by Tomàs Sirvent Pla and now managed by his son, this Horchatería is considered one of the best in Barcelona. Their Horchata de Chufa (tiger nut milk) is made the traditional Valencian way—a time-consuming process. The result is a unique and deliciously refreshing drink. They also serve ice-cream, sherbets and ice-drinks. You can sit down in the simple and modest interior or take away.
