This is a center following the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism and a member of the Rokpa Foundation, whose spiritual director is Akong Tulku Rinpoche. It is run by Jimpa Gyatso and Tsondru Zangmo, two long-time Buddhist monks. The duo hold classes in meditation and Buddhism, conduct weekly group practices of meditation or mantra recitation, and weekend seminars about the history of Buddhism, Tai Chi and healthy eating.
