Those who are given to adventure when it comes to dining will enjoy a trip to this wee restaurant. I is not just the food that is Japanese: everything from the interiors and décor to the chef and staff hail from the land of the rising sun. Cleanliness is the hallmark here, while quick service is next on the list of priorities. The food is excellent; patrons can get to observe the chef in action as he artfully puts together staples like seaweed salads, sushi, sashimi and tempura. An extensive wine list caters to most tipplers. At mains, the grilled seafood dishes garnished with plenty of veggies deserves special mention.
