Just down the street from the Condes de Barcelona Hotel is its famous restaurant, Lasarte. Reserve a table here and see why it is arguably the most sought-after eatery in town. Three-Michelin-star chef Martin Berasategui skillfully puts together the cuisine that the country is known for. When here, the stuffed pigs trotters with ceps crust and idiazabal cheese is a must-try. The smoked eel and foie lozenges on a crunchy caramelized apple also deserve a special mention.
