This Chinese restaurant won the FAD interior design award in 1987 for its minimalist decor. The magic of the Orient is reflected in its food rather than on the walls. The Pekin Salad (spinach, noodles and sesame), the chowmein, the Shark's Fin Soup and the Sole are exceptionally good. It's a spacious, relaxing and comfortable sort of place to eat. At midday they have a set menu and for dinner there are menus to share. There's always a complimentary glass of Kao Liang to finish off with. Review © 2009, Wcities |
