No tacky temples or glittering goddesses here. Amrit's interior is a reflection of modern India: simple, forward-looking and tasteful. The cuisine is classic north Indian fare with some excursions into southern Indian fields. Fresh ingredients and great lassis show that the chef knows a thing or two about quality.
