This family-run business recently celebrated its 65th anniversary, and as you would expect of an establishment with such a long tradition, the selection and quality of advice is exceptional. This tin soldier specialist covers the entire history of warfare—from stone-age warriors to Roman legionaries, from proud Prussian officers to NATO commanders. Customers can purchase the tin figures themselves, as well as all the paints, brushes and moulds they need to recreate their battle of choice. In the age of computer games, playing with tin soldiers may not be as popular as it once was, but it is probably a darned sight healthier than spending half your life gazing into a computer screen.
