Authentic Brazilian food is being served at this Brazilian steakhouse also known as "Churrascaria". Churrasco is a cooking style, which translates roughly from the Portuguese for 'barbecue'. Head chef Jose Duarte inspires his guests with an elaborate, innovative and daring cuisine. A buffet with traditional delicacies of fresh salads, Açaí na tigela (a typical Brazilian Amazonian dish made of frozen and mashed Açaí palm fruit), Salgadinhos (small savory snacks), grilled pork chops & dark meat chicken, fried banana & pineapple, dishes of roast beef and turkey offer an astonishing insight into traditional Brazilian-styled cuisine.
