Forget about all the bad jokes that come to mind when thinking about Ethiopian food—you'll get much more than three grains of rice here. All the dishes bear exotic African names such as 'ye sigga wot bejeainetu' (spicy lamb with peppers, ginger and garlic), many of which are best accompanied by honey wine and 'indschera' (Ethiopian bread).
