If this were a real Italian espresso bar, it would open at around 7 o'clock in the morning. The atmosphere here is also much too calm, the staff just aren't frenetic enough. Nor are the customers, who sip leisurely on their coffee, totally absorbed in the newspaper, or stare out of the window and watch the trams rattle down the street. But L'Una is much more than a place for a quick espresso. Here you can sit down and enjoy a sandwich or a bowl of soup, or stock up with Italian specialities at the deli counter.
