The gallery writes in its brochure: "The city is internationally known for representing a critical art concept, which for example, the Berlin Biennale stands for. However, the exhibitions and events seem to be less important than the place that is putting them on. With a few exceptions, the spectrum represented by galleries does not overlap with what is really happening in the art scene".This is highly reflective of the state of art in Berlin today.
