Just like the Globe Theatre that existed five centuries ago, this place is a colourful mixture of characters who come to see the works of the great Bard performed in the Hexenkessel theatre. Shakespeare himself would have been proud of the Hexenkessel project, started ten years ago by an innovative group of young actors. All plays are produced with a touch of fringe theatre and in fantastic outdoor locations. The works were translated from the English by the actors themselves, making for a unique experience - even for the most knowledgeable Shakespeare lovers. Review © 2009, Wcities |
