Most rooms face the courtyard and display a distinctive Californian touch with palm trees, pastel colours and flowery paintings. The reception area and dining hall have lovely wooden floors and stucco decorations on the ceilings. The prices seem to increase according to the temperature, reaching a peak in the summer. As the hotel is located on Kurfürstendamm, the rates are more or less justifiable. But if you want to stay in the centre of town without spending a fortune, come back in winter!
