Of all Berlin's larger hotels, the Ibis is located the nearest to the exhibition centre. Both the exhibition centre and International Congress Centre are just a couple of minutes' walk away. There are good public transport connections to the city centre by S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus. All rooms are comfortably furnished. A unique service offered by the hotel is its '15 minute promise', whereby any fault with the room or the service will be redressed within quarter of an hour, otherwise the client will receive compensation.
