Kim Chi is the oldest Korean restaurant in Berlin. Kim Chi was established in 1979 and since then has attained a reputation for quality Korean cuisine in the heart of Berlin Wilmersdorf. With exceptional service and high culinary standards it is now firmly established as one of Berlin's foremost restaurants for Korean cuisine. Serving a wide range of traditional dishes head chef Yong-Min Cho believes in the importance of the finest ingredients and attention to detail when preparing meals. It is probably true that Korean cuisine is the least well known of the Far Eastern cooking styles, featuring various dish combinations with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice, vinegar, sesame oil and soy beans. - Angela Feind
