Like its American namesake, McPaper has taken over hundreds of high streets, dominates its industry, and is most people's first stop for stationery and office equipment. With over 317 branches nationwide, McPaper is about to become even larger, as it has recently been taken over by the mighty German logistics company (and former state post office), Deutsche Post AG. Plans are now afoot to transform all post offices into a kind of multi-functional stationery shop/post office/bank. Who knows, maybe we'll be able to buy cheese burgers there too!
