Despite the name and proximity to the Giacomelli sports shop, this is more of an American Graffitti style diner than a true sports bar, although the sports channel is broadcast constantly on large monitors. This fact aside, Play Off serves surprisingly good food (the tuna sandwich is highly recommended) at prices somewhat lower than similar places. The service is attentive without the compulsive entertainer trait many American waiters display. A good place to go if you are in the Potsdamer Platz shopping centre and find yourself dying of starvation. Review © 2009, Wcities
