A series of stone statues portraying the 'apsaras'—beautiful Indonesian temple dancers—greet guests in the foyer. With a bit of luck, you'll be able to admire the apsaras in the flesh at the weekend, when the simple restaurant transforms into a temple of Indonesian dance.
