This early twentieth century castle was built in 1912 by Dr Pannwiz, legal advisor to Kaiser Wilhelm II, and lies in the leafy suburban district of Grunewald. Fortunately, the original building survived the War and 1994 saw renovation of the interior by top designer Karl Lagerfeld. The result - a luxurious and lavishly furnished establishment with 50 rooms on offer. Rooms are equipped with a telephone (2 lines), PC connections, TV, CD player, trouser press, heated marble floors, scales and a hair dryer. There is also laundry service, doctor-on-call, Bureau de Change, free cycle hire, air-conditioning, safe, and parking. Feast on your meals regularly at the in-house restaurants.
